Speed Limits on
Vermont's Snowmobile Trail System
While there is no overall posted speed limit because
of variable trail conditions, any speed above that to keep your sled under
control is subject to "Reckless Operation" and subject to a $300.00
plus fine.
Speed limit on state and federal owned land is
35 MPH!
A frozen lake is considered
a public highway and the maximum speed limit is 50 m.p.h.!
Please obey ALL posted speed limits..... |
